Halo Water Proofing started small in the Alexander City area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Alexander City technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Alexander City homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Alexander City foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Alexander City customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Alexander City property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Alexander City basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
